1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Domestic (India): 5–7 business days.

  • International: 10–15 business days (depending on the destination).

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or customs clearance.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours of shipment. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Iskraa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, and other levies).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Iskraa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos of the damage as evidence.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before finalizing your purchase.
